While employed by the University of Tennessee, I regularly used the employee hub. I found this system to be inefficient and unfriendly to users. My aim for this project was to simplify the system that was in place allowing a more efficient experience and helping users complete their tasks.
As part of my process. I developed multiple personas through interviewing users of the existing system.
Based on the personas, I was able to design an improved experience leveraging sketches and prototyping.
